Design Fee
A sketch fee is charged in order to secure your spot and will be applied to the total cost of your commissioned piece.
Project Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time of design approval, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

2-3 weeks before your event, the creative process begins. Concepts, sketches, or designs will be developed based on your preferences, and all materials and setup requirements will be finalized.

Event Execution
On the day of the event, our team will arrive early to set up. Engage your guests with live sketches, painting on canvas, or creating a mural to deliver a captivating and interactive art experience.

Final Touches
1-2 weeks post-event, the final touches will be applied to the artwork, including protective finishes if needed. We will coordinate the delivery or installation of the completed artwork.
