Price Range
$25 - $40 per square foot
Pricing varies based on the size, surface and complexity. Please inquire for additional information.
Design Fee
$400
A sketch fee is charged in order to secure your spot and will be applied to the total cost of your commissioned piece.
Project Deposit
50%
A 50% deposit is due at the time of design approval, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

What to Expect
1.
Connect & Discuss Vision
Client reaches out via email/DM/phone to inquire about their project. We’ll discuss the concept, inspiration, and initial details like dimensions, style, and location.
2.
Share Photos & Space Details
Send photos of the space or wall where the artwork will go. This helps me visualize how the piece will complement your environment.
3.
Phone Consult & Design Fee
We’ll schedule a call to finalize the concept, discuss materials, and address any questions. A design fee may apply at this stage to begin creating mock-ups or sketches tailored to your vision.
4.
Set Date & Sign Contract/Deposit
Once we’ve finalized the design and agreed on the budget, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project date. We’ll then sign a contract outlining the project scope, terms, and timeline.
5.
Create Artwork
I’ll bring your vision to life with precision and care, keeping you updated throughout the process. TImeline vary depending on complexity of job.
6.
Final Deposit & Completion
Upon finishing the artwork, the remaining 50% balance will be due at completion. Painting will be deliered lccally or shipped.
